Stratton & Coke

04 / Company

Forty-one years of holding the critical path.

Stratton & Coke began in 1984 as a two-man concrete forming crew in Burnaby. We still self-perform the structure on most of our projects, which is why our schedules hold when the market tightens.

Our position

Large enough to carry the risk. Close enough to answer the phone.

We take on 14 to 18 projects a year, from $500,000 tenant improvements to $420 million terminals. That deliberate ceiling means every project has a named senior lead who was in the room during preconstruction and stays until the warranty period closes.

Our people are employed, not brokered: 240 staff and tradespeople across the Lower Mainland and Interior, including in-house formwork, concrete and rebar divisions. Superintendents average 14 years with the firm.
